Meet Lloyd Malech

For over 25 years, Lloyd Malech has successfully represented individuals in family courts throughout Maryland and DC. He has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards for his expertise in family law.

WHAT SETS US APART

Malech Law approaches divorce from a family perspective. Our clients will be heard, respected and understood. We believe taking care of the individual person getting divorced, includes their social-emotional well-being as well as the issues surrounding all family members. The effects of divorce naturally impact family dynamics.

We understand the modern family. Equity, diversity and inclusion are a foundation of our practice. At Malech law, we develop a strategy to meet the needs of each family. Our core principle is to support all families including LGBTQIA, aging adults and multi-cultural communities.

We have the legal experience to address the complications presented by domestic violence, substance abuse and mental health challenges. Our knowledge in the area of divorce, narcissistic behavior and confrontational tactics, allow us to provide the needed representation.
